Sushanth Patil	e765682ee7	Fix for heap-buffer-overflow in ixheaacd_samples_sat ... Output memory size initialised was not sufficient for the case when audio preroll is 3 and core_sbr_framelength = 4. Added appropriate LICENSE, MODULE_LICENSE_APACHE2, and NOTICE files as part of folding into internal master.
