089e13f285 Fix for heap buffer overflow 
Updated bitbuffer read next to bitbuffer end when it exceeds bitbuffer
end to prevent bytes consumed to be updated incorrectly.

4c72471cdb Changes to move output sample path from 16bit to 32 bit 
AAC Core coder changes to take the output samples as 32 bit
and subject to peak limiter to avoid any clipping , at the
same time maintaining precision.

acd1da2eb8 Fix for integer overflow in ixheaacd_block.c file

ixheaacd_shr32_drc function. Hence
added here.

b25f096d7b Fix for heap buffer overflow in huff code reorder 
For this stream, input size is very high that causes
huffman decoding to access beyond bit-buffer pointer
end limit due to no OOB access check. As a fix,added
this check in the bit read functionality.
