libhevc-mirror/decoder/ihevcd_structs.h
Harish Mahendrakar 18fc8f6b52 Added support for 420 10-bit decoding.
This is the initial version and doesn't enable SIMD functions yet.
Has not been tested extensively yet.
This is not ready to be merged into main branch yet.
