Conflicts:
	libavcodec/flacenc.c
	libavcodec/libgsm.c
	libavcodec/utils.c
	libavcodec/version.h

The compatibility wrapers are left as they likely sre still
in wide use. They will be removed when they break or otherwise
cause work without an volunteer being available.
