  Move Doxyfile into the doc/ subdirectory
  doxygen: Build Doxygen documentation in the doc/ subdirectory
  dfa: use av_memcpy_backptr() where previously impossible
  av_memcpy_backptr: Drop no longer necessary malloc padding
