Andreas Rheinhardt 545e87f49d fate/vcodec: Don't add scale filter unnecessarily ... If one uses a -s command, a scale filter is inserted even when doing so is redundant. This patch stops doing so. This makes the tests that don't need libswscale actually succeed in case it is disabled (only 315 of 470 tests need it).
