68f593b484 GetBitContext.size is allways multiplied by 8 -> use size_in_bits to avoid useless *8 in a few inner loops

6b02692791 sse16_c is totally fucked up (unaligned loads, LONG_MAX is undefined, 
uint32 array index -> segv), so let's just use a nice plain
unobfuscated version, which also happens to be faster for me.

e51d4defe0 - removed nonsense *.d dependancy stuff, there was already a better 'make dep' support in it 
- enabled .depend generation by default, so no need to 'make dep' then...
