avcodec/mpeg_er: Don't zero ThreadFrame* unnecessarily
We never set the ThreadFrame*, because mpegvideo uses ThreadProgress instead of ThreadFrames. Furthermore, it is unnecessary because the ERPicture has just been zeroed. Signed-off-by: Andreas Rheinhardt <andreas.rheinhardt@outlook.com>
